The project consists of 6 apartment buildings, commercial spaces, and offices. It complements the urban fabric between N.G. Caramfil Boulevard and Herăstrău Park, ensuring the continuity of pedestrian pathways between the two. Our goal is to create a foundation for fostering a sense of belonging and harmony in the area by incorporating plazas and a reinterpreted amphitheater into the design concept, bringing people together around public functions.
